Default Found out something interesting about my Forester.

If you wait until the fuel light comes on before you add gas, you're fucked.

I got about 5 miles after the fuel light came on, then I was stuck on the side of the road for 3 hours.

LOL!! my STi is the exact same! the fuel light comes on as your bogging to a stop on the side of the road...

i learned my lesson in my past vehicles,as soon as that shit comes on I speed to the station

how low is the neddle when the light comes on? mine comes on jst under a 1/4 tank and can go a preety good distance on it

I can usually get another 20 miles and then it shuts off.

that sucks. but i get around 20-30 miles after the light comes on.

i think i have a sticky fuel gauge... i'll be at like a quarter tank and then BAMM, gas light and "burrrrrrrrrr"

i never go lower than 1/4 tank now.

Add that to your long list of problems .

Sounds like your flux capacitor is bad.
