Ive been a loyal andrew tech supporter for awhile now, but things arent looking good. This thread is in no way to bash them or bring them down. Its just taking forever for my transmission to even be touched. Its been there for a month 1/2 now and edwin keeps telling me one more week, 2 more weeks, we are backed up, gears are on back order, let me make a quick phone call (but i never get called back). Im just getting frustrated guys. To top it off! i called yesterday and talked to dan. He told me they are all going away for a raceing/ international meet thing. So my tranny wont be done till the end of next week. Now im thinking to myself. Shipping is going to be a bitch. right in the middle of christmas, COME ON!!!! something has to give.....

frustrated but sometimes you got to make sacrifices to get things done right. It is probably a very busy time for them as well.

 

busy time of te year aside when your out your car for 2 months~ I mean i wouldn't take the work knowing it would sit in my shop for a month before i touched it.... I feel ya dudeman~ Ha but im sure once you finally get her it will be worth it!!!

they should have been able to tell you about the backup before you even sent it in

Hey he had got the gears done 1st,2nd i believe he broke 3rd non ppg gear broke,then from what he said that they were going to charge him for 3rd 4th and 5th or whatever for he rest of what he would have spend for a full build. It equals to be the same just saying i would have gone them all done. Money tree good one

 

wow dude you have no idea what your talking about.

i crushed my stock 3rd. its neraly impossible to blow a ppg gear. so i had sent it in to get the 3rd and 4th ppg installed.
