I'd hold off on the buy initially unless you want to stay stock for a bit...the aftermarket usually has to wait on EM's to get refined and the immobilizer in the ecu is the current hang up...so hydra's are now acting as piggy backs under testing

As for hardware, that is already on the way out.

^Come on it's the piece in the middle of the table that has the great bread!

So let me get this straight the 08 STi is coming out in the hatch..right..well what about the sedan? I think it would be cool if the buyer could choose, I know it be a bit risky for SOA, but it could be like a preorder! And to make it fair, have Recaro's standard in the hatch!

Also will SPT be having any upgrades at purchase time?

back in the good old, pre-US days, you could have a sti in sedan, coupe or wagon

I saw pics of teh production STI and Im not thrilled. Its just a little to curvy in its final design for my taste (at least in the pics).

I'm thinking that also .. i just dont think Subaru has me in mind as a customer when they are designing their new cars ... they are thinking more about my mom or my neighbors.

I'm gonna look at a Evo X when they drop, only one with that new transmission though.. otherwise I might try my hand at building some kind of kit car with a STi base. I really want a no frills 2 door lightweight AWD monster.
