I've driven two cusco equipped drivetrains and both were r160 rears...both were set agressively and both clicked and scrubbed tires...they are also the only diff's I've driven that clicked (metallic clicking from the plates)

my factory r180 is pretty agressive as well out of the box and would rather scrub my 235's than slip on tighter turns...my spare r180 I haven't driven yet.

I have the suretrack front lsd in my current 6-spd as well but its quiet and doesn't scrub (as it shouldn't).

can you elaborate on your clicking noise and when/how it happens?...may be something else.

if it pulls one way or another randomly...it sounds like possibly a tie rod or a wheelbearing going bad...

jack up the front of the car and wobble the wheels in and out both by placing the force on the sidewalls on left and right side and then top and bottom.
if you have play/slop in all directions its most likely wheel bearing...if only with hands on left and right of the wheel...its most likely tie rod...if only top and bottom, ball joints or loose strut tower bolts.

are you using any additive for the rear lsd?

trans-x posi trac is good and so is the BG special order stuff I have...they work about the same though...
Start by putting in a tiny amount. Don't follow the directions!!! they are for putting into a large domestic pumkin...follow the directions and you'll eat your diff.

It helps keep the plates from having that sticking effect that you notice on turn in.
