Partially due to the falling value of the Dollar and rise of the Yen.

Its a bit absurd. Keep increasing the price like they are and they're gonna lose a lot of current and potential customers. There comes a point when people will ask, "is 40K for an STI worth the money?".

Yeah agree almost 40K might as well buy a ESX STi in that case with 10gs more

um, yes, definitely worth the 40K. haha, i know what you are saying. But, for the experience that i have had for the past 2.5years, i would have to say that 40K is worth it any day. Would i have wanted to spend 40K 2 years ago? haha, no, but i would save up for it.

Ive had 3 cars with this being the 3rd one. I will own this car until it officially dies. IF this gets into a nasty wreck, i will find somewhere to fix it and keep it alive. IF it sinks to the bottom of a lake, again, i will have it fixed. IF it is blown up, i will find a way to fix it (if possible) haha. This is best car for the money. 38K still isnt all that bad especially if you have a company like mastro that will usually help on the price and throw some stuff in here and there.

So, i agree with the price. Hell, ill spend a little extra for that cool push start and new double wishbone.
