Looking for new member(s)
As some of you may know I run awd-turbo.com, we are a small novice racing team/group that just basicly get togther to work on our cars and attend events (Races & Shows).
Well we are currently looking for a new member to join, right now we are just hoping for one but if need be and the demand is there we might be able to squeeze in 2 or 3. We are just a small group of guys/gals that enjoy cars and racing. We like to hang out and help each other with vehicles.
The reason I orginized it was so people could feel more comfortable when attending events, not to alone and feeling like they dont know anyone. We also have access to excellent automotive discounts, I really cant specify any prices to non-team members but it is well worth it (I promise). Basiclly my Co-Driver works for one of the leading performance part distributors so we get almost everything at cost or aound 5% over.
What are we looking for?? Someone who is outgoing and enthusastic, who wants to attend racing events and wrench on each others cars when needed. We are not looking for someone who just wants to get free/cheap parts and thinks there care should never be dirty (Hence why we have an opening). You dont have to have an awd or turbo car but it does help
Right now we have 5 Members.
Myself (07 STi) and Vincent (06 Evo & 94 Celica "Rally Car") are the primary members that organize the events and plan everything. Kelly (06 CooperS), Chris (92 AWD-T DSM) and Donnie attend events to help us out and also step in when we need a co-driver. Both Vincent and I have attended Rally School and are planning on going back in January (So if you are interested you can join us at a Group Rate).
One last incentive, we will pay for 25% of your entry cost into the TreeKiller Rally this November. So if you are intrested at all or have any questions please feel free to PM me or IM me, also keep an eye out for some info to be posted on our site.

Right now we are mainly Rally & Rally-X, but that is because the members have come from Rally Schooling and Experiance. We would like to get into Auto-X events and other Road-Track type courses.
As for now, until some members come along that push us in that direction, we have been sticking with Dirt/Tarmac/Gravel
