why is bumper so funky
wat is wrong with my 04 wrx front bumper its not really lined up like it should be is there any special way to put the bumper back up flush under the headlight or is this how its suppose to be.

Do you (or did the car at one time) have JDM Fogs??
I had an 04 WRX that we had to cut the bumper beam to fit the JDM Fog Lights in and after a few months the bumber started looking exactly like that.

no i dont think so but i might try to take it off today how do those plastic things work on the sides do u slide it on them or pull the bumper over them

Make sure if you took the bumper off there is an absorber before the beam, that might be the issue. My bumper on my 05 did the same thing.
