Default CEL Cylinder 1 lean

Like the title says, my car is running lean on cylinder 1. I am also getting pre-detination (I can hear the valves clatter under full throttle, even in second!) I am basically just stage 2 with cobb map, exhaust and uppipe.

When I accelerate, not even full throttle the power is not there, and at 4k it seems to just fall on its face. When I reset the ecu, the car ran fine. I have been doing alot more highway traveling lately, and see 80+mph daily. I am running 10w-40.

Is it possibly because I dont have a intercooler diffuser, and am putting the car under to much of a load at to low of an RPM? Maybe the 93oct here in TX compared to FL, is SH*T.

I could really use some suggestions. THANKS

Make sure you have plenty of oil, that valve tap might be more than you think.

Ever notice if it was low? 1 qt makes a hell of a difference, especially on an older car which probably burns a bit of oil.

I did notice that the oil was low on my drive from Florida to Texas, but I filled it up and that was a month ago. The car now has 75k/mi on it. Hopefully, it will remedy itself??

I wouldnt run the car if your cyl 1 is running lean. Id run some lucas cleaner thru it. chage your oil to 5W-30 and see how that works out.

when you change the oil, put some oil cleaner in the car first. let her run for about 5-10 min then change the oil. That will get all the old junk out.
