ha so far this month has been the quickest (knock on wood) i'm guessin i should have around a month left after this weekend... justa guess though... this place was a hell hole about a week ago, we just got all our "toys" back, (ping pong table, dart board) but alls well goin smoothly... i'm gonna need a long vacation after this! its funny what no mcdonalds and steak and shake does! i've just been watching what i've been eating and keepin my calorie intake down below 2k a day and i haven't run a single mile... i'm sure by the time i leave i'll be close to 45 lbs total lost
