how much does the VF 43 flow compared to the 34!?

Pretty much. The 34 is ball-bearing so it should spool faster (but likely not enough to be noticeable). The 43 is a 39 with an enlarged wastegate to combat boost creep and cracking.

yeah other than roller bearing vs thrust bearing, which is good for about 100-150rpm, similar in power.

 

ive read the 43 can go up to 340 whp
