Your car should have a catless uppipe from the factory, so you don't have to worry about that. Also, since you have an 04'-05' it is very important to get em when you do any type modifications, too.

i would personally get the 6000k HID's, forget the rainguards,if ur going for the torques go with 18inch, and also forget the tein s-techs because they are over-rated and put a lot of stress on the stock struts.. instead go with Tanabe GF-210 (heard awesome reviews on them on nasioc all over)

Just about any aftermarket bellmouth DP. Same goes for the UP. Turns into personal preference on if you want a hi-flow catted DP or if you want a one piece or flex sectioned UP.
