damn, im jealous. i still need to get my exhaust coated.

not entirely sure if coating the intake is a good idea though, that stuffs designed to keep heat in, not out. but it still looks nice!

post some pics of it installed already

Nice kit!

If ya get stuck or have questions, you can PM me. I have the same UR kit in my ride and did all the work myself.

Prepare yourself. Your car is going to be scary-fast once tuned.

You should really enjoy it.

Steve

Thanks! Josh

Kax: There are a couple of ways you can think about the coating....My original thinking was the same as you and I wasn't sure about the coating on the intake manifold and tgv's......But after thinking about it for awhile I think that the coating keeps whatever type of air is in the pipe (hot or cold) hot or cold if that makes sense. I guess we will find out..

Thanks! Steve..... I don't think? I will have any questions because 813_05_STI is going to help me install it or rather I'm going to attempt to help him install it...haha.....

But I did have a question about your setup I know that you put down around 400 on 93, then 505 on meth, and I have heard that you also have a c16 tune as well? yes no maybe...Just wanted to see what gains you got from the race gas.

Snowmann

Yeah I didn't get those calls until like a month or two after orginally trying to get ahold of you....

So Bryan told me he would sell me his ecutek because we have a very similiar setup and just have SS finish tuning it (1hour 1.5) that I would not need much of a tune. So I took his advice he has been a major help on where I am so far and I have involved him in every decision I have made so far....I have great respect for him....

Sorry though.....

and thanks I'm sure I will enjoy it!
