i used the apex-i one but my turbo was oil cooled only

 

^^^^^^^^^ this is correct a pointles buy call the stealership theyll say the same.

 

I dont know of a single turbo car that comes with one from the factory.. not even high performance turbo cars/exotics.

They are one of the biggest wastes of money you can spend on a turbo car, right behind them is the electronic BOV and fake FMIC.

I was thinking about getting this:

Directed Electronics - Viper 2-Way Security System with Remote Start (basic install included) - 791XVR

That way at least it has a real purpose....(alarm)

And you can use it as a turbo timer to.

 

Save the money on a TT by driving "easy" for a mile or two before you shut it down. That will allow the glow out of the turbo housing and avoid cooking your oil.

If its part of an alarm system though, it cant hurt. Thats kinda cool.
