Problem with car need help asap!
So I was driving my car today while it was raining and every time I accelerated past 8-10 psi of boost my car would suddenly bog and throw you forward. I have never had it do this before and am worried something is wrong. I currently have a vf30 on a fmic setup with supporting mods. The funny thing is the car ran great yesterday and then today it ran like shit. Idle and slow acceleration are fine, but once I punch it, within seconds the car will bog out. I have checked all over for boost leaks, fuel leaks, etc. and can't find anything. If someone has ever had this happen or knows what could be wrong please help. Thanks.

I agree, likely a high-boost pressure leak.

my car ran funny all day today, same kinda thing, bucking and chugging idle sometimes. hopefully it works out tomorrow when I get it tuned, but it was running like a champ yesterday. . .
need to get rid of those damn tgv CELs so I know if something is actually wrong.

Did you ever check the knock sensor like I mentioned? If it is loose it will think there is knock and pull timing something fierce and act just like that? I also seem to remember your car blowing the line off the BPV when we were tuning. Did you double check everything leading up to it?
ok so I double checked everything, no leaks and no loose sensors.....come to find out it is my oem egt sensor. I read on several other forums that the egt sensor will get too hot or read too high a voltage and send the car into limp mode. I remembered that we turned off the cel for the egt which is why it wasn't coming up on the dash. Once I reset the ecu and went for a drive the car was back to normal. So next thing to do is buy a bolt to plug in there and resistor the sensor. I had a feeling that was it but wanted to make sure it wasn't something else.
Snowman- sorry for waking you up yesterday, but I appreciate you trying to help me out and calm me down.
So does anyone know what size bolt goes in the up pipe to plug the egt?

From what I can tell, it looks like it'll be an M12 1.25 bolt. Get it in the highest grade stainless metal you can find. I would probably recommend no coating on it if possible (I have some high grade stainless stuff that the coating flaked off on the rest of my exhaust).
Get a nut that will go on it, and if you can, check the length so it doesn't protrude into the exhaust stream. Use the nut to fasten it down at the required length (or just cut part of the threads off to length). Use some high temp thread locker if you have it. Maybe a crush-ring for extra sealing protection.
