My clucth just started slipping the other night and need some info.

Look for somewhere to get the work done but dosnt charge what Mastro wants. Also what cluctchs are good. this stock one seemed to wear out awfull fast.

Depends on what you are going to be doing to your car. With the WRX tranny i would either go with the Exedy Stg 1 Organic, or the ACT Street disk though.

 

yea if you have a wrx with stock tranny then you dont want a grippy clutch because it will kill your tranny with launches etc

 

What mods do you have? I putting down close to double the stock power and still on my stock clutch, 33k miles. I am pretty confident that the clutch will be shot shortly after the meth tune though

 

I went with the Exedy OEM replacement. You can get them on ebay for ~$200 shipped.

 

i have a brand new fx100 with flywheel sitting in my room. waiting for my ra gears! HOLLA

 

I am at stage 2 right now. I have been pretty tough on the car. I know the clutch being worn out is my own fault. I think i will just get the exedy oem from ebay. Now i just need somewhere do get the install done.

Also what is the concensis on lightend flywheels. I saw on an old post that fatangel sugested one with this clutch. if going with the flywheel. now is the time.
