dude thanks, i'll definately take you up on that. but seeing as its 9:22 in the morning i'll give you a few more hours to wake up before i start bugging you, lol

yeah man, i've got the lightweight pulley and exhaust ready to go on, i'm still waiting on scotty230 to get me to activation switch for the nitrous kit.

so if you want to help me install those, call me if you get on here before noon or else i'll just give you a call about that time

XAT Racing works on Subarus. What you're looking to do would be no problem at all.

update on the install! even tho its a 99 legacy i still liked working on it!

okay anyways... in order to install the pully kit get this! you have to have 2 people hold the breaker bar while someone starts the car up. So we didnt end up doing that because i was a little to affraid to mess his stuff up. the ehaust he brought over isnt going to be a exact fit but ill only be able to put the mid pipe and exhaust on. The cat flang wont fit the 02 cat flang.. we are finishing everything this weekend! HOLLA

don't follow that do the same without trying to start the car. put it in gear and have someone press the brakes. if the car moves chock the wheels. those instructions are dangerous.

yeah, i was really nervous about those instructions but a bunch of people have done with without any issues.

What gear does the tranny need to be in, we tried it in park, reverse, and 1st. lemme guess, should have done it in nuetral?

i just realized you have an automatic. the safe way is to block the flywheel from spinning through the little access panel. but....you probably don't have a tool for that. which makes it a little difficult. if it was me and i was going to do it by turning the engine over, I'd pull the spark plug wires. the car can't start so no real danger.

i didn't read through the whole thread, so i don't know if that was covered.
