Has anyone heard of Silkolene? Ive been doing some research and would like to know more about this fluid? Im either going with this or Motul, Im too scared to put some syncromesh mix in with it though

 

The oil plug uses crush rings, you can get them at discount auto.

au contraire, it is a "crush" washer, unless Subaru makes contradictory statements. On another note; Subaru has a new gear oil which is synthetic, for their trannys. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of it, but it supposed to be the shizzle. It only comes in 5 gallon bucket (from what I know) if someone is willing to go in on it split the cost and divvy I would not object. I will try to find the post on Nasioc. Neo is good stuff aswell. Both claim to bring back downshifting into first gear at 20. I have to be nearly stopped for mine to engage.
