Question Sludge in my turbo inlet? HELP

Just wondering if having a small amount of oil sludge build up inside the turbo inlet pipe is normal for a wrx with 76000 miles. I pulled off the stock inlet pipe today and noticed this inside there. There was even a small amount on the rim of the turbo. What could this be from? Is it from my K and N filter? A leak somewhere? Oil blow by? Please let me know if I should be concerned about this.

thats all oil residue that comes out from the pcv back into the intake duct. its all emmisions shit, that takes power away so the catch can should help.also u should have some sludge in the intercooler too,but is not gonna damage anything, itll only affect performance,im just not sure if u can spray something on the turbo inlet to remove all that oil
