if its a 9007 bulb, you can get the plugs at autozone.

im assuming you used higher wattage bulbs. . .
if you did, you now learned your lesson.

 

Yeah, Autozone has em pretty cheap and all you have to do is splice and dice... well on my 99 RS anyway (I would imagine other Subarus would not be too different)
I definitely learned my lesson ... good thing nobody was around to see me replacing them!

 

according to sylvania's site, its an h7.

and no, I didnt use higher wattage bulbs.
