NO it's not. They unplugged one of the spark plug wires to make it mis fire and run on 3 cylinders.

Why is that stupid? I think it's kind of unique to swap an H4 into it. Definitely not something you see/hear every day. Probably offers a heck of a lot more torque than a standard B18C,LS-Vtec,or B20-vtec swaps they do these days.
