yup I reccomend 75W90 on your 5-speed.
IFF it has grinding issues, drain a quart and add a quart of syncromesh. Thats only if it grinds (going into 1st or 4th)

ur a genious DJ, my damn tranny starting to act up, you gotta fight to get it in first sometimes and sumtimes it wont go into fourth, also reverse is acting like a bitch too, so you say just get the 75W90 and syncromesh andi should be good to go?
