can u really smoke there and if so obviously it must me tobacco....... whats the point cant u smoke cigs in the skreet.sorry not flaming just trying to figure out the point of this place?

Well you asked the differene between smoking cigarettes compared to hookah, im pretty sure they dont put Nicotine in the ingredients.

 

niccotine is a naturally occuring substance in tobacco, the additives are to enhance the "high" from it, but the niccotine is what's addictive, and unless you're not using a tobacco coal, its addictive.

 

How about because I want to? Good enough? Or it must be all the tobacco going to my head telling me how much I want to.
