for the 500 range the best bet is to look for a used one. i'm not sure if anyone here is getting rid of one but i'm sure there are a few on nasioc in that range. a few of the top ones are the hks ti, invidia, borla, cobb, stromung, turbo xs, and a few more.

snowman is one of the guys here on the board that tunes using the enginuity program. you don't need to buy an actual engine management system but just pay snoman to do his magic.

its pretty good, but tuner wise, its really dry. $500 will get you a nice downpipe, which is all you really need. Full turbo-back is optimal but the downpipe is the really important part. Then you can get an AP with stage 2.

Ya down pipe is a must if i cant get new pipe all the way to the back. i dont know if i can find a place to do a AP with stage 2. ? i guess cali maybe but thats a 2houre drive each way.witch is no big deal.
