Default Lowes or Home Depot Pressure Tester

I followed some simple instructions that SS gave me and made one of these devices. The parts can all be purchases from Lowe's and this should most definitely be done prior to any tuning.

Here is SS's thread that outlines all the parts. I happened to have that Samco hose laying in my garage so I used that.
Anyone have some good info on pressure testing? - IWSTI.com




Pleae note in this pic I was just test fitting and you wouldn't want to fill the intate system with 20psi without a clamp holding the tester in place

after talking to scoot last night, he said he came up with a simpler and cheaper one. hopefully he can get a pic of it up.

Probably the same area that has the air compressors and air tools.

That's exactly right. I purchased a kit for the fittings and the regulator and gauge came in a kit as well.

everyone with a fmic, did you have to pressure test it? just curious b/c i think i might need to check for leaks

does anyone have one of these that would be willing to let me borrow for an hour this saturday? I am doing a new turbo setup and don't have time or money to build one of these right now. i live in palm harbor. thanks.
