Default Skunk 2 Springs (Your thoughts please)

LOWERING SPRINGS: Skunk2 Racing

I want to get your thoughts on these springs. I found a great deal on ebay and I'm thinking about getting them.

How well does the factory struts handle the lowering springs (any brand).

I'm going to coilovers within the next 6 to 12 months. I just want to get the car dropped for now.

Thank you.

Well, I don't know about the Skunk for Subies, but I had a friend that had them on their Civic for a while on stock struts and as far as I know his ride was fine. I also have a bunch of Subie ppl from up north who had Teins S-Tech and H-Techs on stock struts for over a year whith no problem. So I guess it is up to you.

i would do something that everyone has. if your looking just to be lowered and for the looks, tein s-techs are good. i had those on my car for over a year and it was good. the drop was pretty nice. a few of us subies have them. also, RZ has them for 160 which is pretty good. also, they have the h-techs for the same.
