Few pics from Sebring
In general, if you are going top be runing track events like this, brakes are imp[ortant to take care of. Shoould use brake fluid like Motul RBF 600, braided lines if possible, and some good pads that can handle the track. My Hawk HP+ pads do work and are good for the street, but they fade after a bit in each session. I am going to step up to a Pagid track pad which can supposedly also be used on the street, but I dont think I will bother. As for the rotors, my fronts shos a little wear, but not bad, backs are fine.
Tires depends on how fast you drive, your alignment, and type of tires. I use Nitto NT01 r compounds which saw their 5th track day along with about 2500 street miles, and should still have a few more track days left.

I wasn't running near as quick as the Charles above, not as much power and on GOOD street tires(RE-01R's) not race rubber. My 06' wagon has the power of the 06' wrx but got stuck with the 05' wrx brakes. I went to SS brake lines all around, changed the front pads to Carbotech Bobcats, and replaced fluid with Valvoline Synpower fluid(500ish boiling point) and they performed "OK". My front rotors do look a bit chewed up now and I'd guess these new front pads are between 2/3rd's and 3/4 gone.
Next time out I plan on going to the Panther Plus pads in the front, bobcats in the rear and see how the front rotors hold up.

awesome guys. thanks for the info. some of my buddies who do track events told me that their rotors completely warp and their pads were completely shot. so, thanks again. i wanna make sure that when i do a track event that i am prepared for the fixing. anyway, sweet.
also, how do you all think the re070's will hold up? they are on my second set and have roughly 1-2000 miles on them.

They will do just fine. It is however get to get a more agressive alignment with some negative camber.
Your rotors should not warp unless you do not cool down, or the big no no....putting your parking brake on when you park after a session.
The HP+ are definitely hurting after 4 full track days. They would not last another weekend. I am switching to pagid blue most likely which are nto supposed to be too bad on rotors

Well, i shouldnt really being shooting fireballs. I just have a TBE and tune. It just a cobination of the tune being a little safe at the high end and the exhaust getting really hot.
However, all you need to shoot flames is a TBE and blow off valve vented to atmosphere.
