our windshield wipers do we have to get it at a subaru dealership since our left wiper has that plastic piece or what

Wipers are covered by warranty for 3yrs/36k

not for normal wear and tear. If the brakes are going bad because they are worn do to use then they are not covered. The brakes are only covered if something with the system fails or breaks.
