Miami Show / WRX Build
Coming in October is the Street Extreme Miami show. Sort of a HIN / NOPI show. The promoter has some killer sponsors onboard and some good acts lines up. They asked me to run all media in and out of the event so I will be setting up a huge booth down there to get it done. We are building a custom sportbike in the booth, and on the other end we are doing the "12 Hour Tuner". it will actually take alot less time, but we have to make it run 2 days. I was kind enough to donate my '06 WRX as the build vehicle and the sponsor list has been a little crazy to manage. We will be installing as of now: Turbo upgrade, Intake, Exhaust, Engine Management, Suspension, Rims & Tires, DVD / Nav system, Carbon fiber hood, trunk, doors, ground effects, and the list keeps growing. So if you can make it down to Miami come to the show. below is the link.
Since I will be shooting and writing the stiry behind this whole deal what would you like to see installed. I am looking for crazy over the top stuff like Ohlins coilovers, maybe penske. It all has to be street legal, cats and all. Must be pretty much bolt on, easy install. So opinions please.......Sickest intake, turbo, exhaust, suspension, rims, etc, etc, etc......I have to let the sponsors know right away so the parts can be delivered quickly. So please help..........And remember, I will have to drive this POS when its all said and done, so be kind...........

Do you have specific product sponsors, like can they get you APS stuff?
If I had an 06...I'm thinking one of those new T3/T04E (or GT35R) rotated kits from Ultimate racing would be unique, along with a header and EWG of course, and methanol injected FTW! Also supporting mods would be a carbon fiber driveshaft, and urethane bushings and mounts all around.

It has taken some strange turns lately. Sponsors have stepped up for sure, but they are missing the point on this build. They are all offerning new, untested crazy stuff that we really dont have time for. Plus.......The newest is we may be going to SEMA, or I should say the car may be, I always go. So with SEMA closing in fast we may be adjusting the build and making it real crazy. We may also be getting another car for the build. I am working with a dealer from another state on a STI. So stay tuned for more details, things are sure to be crazy soon.
