I had this cel after my shortblock install. There is a small blue hose that came loose just below and left of the alternator. I can't remember if it's a vacuum or evap hose but it was off. This is always overlooked as a problem with the gas cap. I recommend a flash light as it can be a little tough to find. Call me if you can't find it. 813-505-8921

yeah, I read somewhere that it was the cause for someone else but mine is on and appears to be tight. What other lines are included in the evap system? I wonder if there is a diagram or outline of all of them

Have you recently messed with your fuel pump? If so make sure the gasket where it seals to the tank is on correctly and the nuts torqued in proper sequence.

No, I did my fuel pump at 3k miles. 1 1/2 years ago. I now have about 18k miles on this setup.
