Can I run Ethanol???
no, from what i understand ethanol capable engines have special material for certain seals that regular gasoline engines don't.

you can run it from time to time, but there are things u would need to do like different orings on your injectors, teflon coated fuel lines, and teflon coated tank. From what I have been told.

you do not have to double the fuel. you need approximately 30% more. As for rubber materials, all you need are new o-rings, our tank is fine and our fuel lines are fine, if anything ethanol makes them look nicer then gasoline.
you can run up to a 30% mix on a stock setup, anything over you need to retune the car. Most simply use the injector sizing method which will increase the fuel needed to run a good A/F ratio. Obviously, there is alot more power available if tuned completely. Ethanol will be a very good increase in power, especially low end. You should lower your boost and increase the timing, spool up will be quicker and you'll have a much prettier power curve.
See the E85 Fuel FAQ on NASIOC for more info.

retailer meaning?
only station in FL i know of that has an e85 pump is in tallahassee. But there are new ones popping up all over the country almost every month, so i'd give it a few more months and there will be one here.
the price difference is negated through the lower fuel economy of the quicker burning ethanol. While e85 maybe cheaper, youll get less miles on a tank so your average $/mile is close to the same. But driving with e85 is much more fun . i seriously cannot wait for it.

Also, its not like 115...its closer to 100 octane. Interesting side not. I was in Long Island and noticed that a lot of the gas stations were running 10 percent ethanol in all the fuel. However, gas out there on the east end is just a hair under 4/gallon for premium
