Prolly the same guy who saw me on Monday at the gas station. Was on the way to get his car back from the impound. At least they towed it on a flatbed!

I watched the race go down, thought it was an STi and didn't understand why he was racing a Saturn. The highway patrol pulled out literally almost 1 second after they took off, not good. That's too bad he got arrested, can't be cheap.
