yeah the person is me. im only 18 and had a problem with the bank. the douche bag posted me as a scammer because i couldnt send him cash. i was very able to paypal it to him but he "didnt like paypal". i dont think i "scammed" him in any way

Ive never heard of anyone not liking paypal, especially people who buy online. He sounds kind of fishy.
