yeah the person is me. im only 18 and had a problem with the bank. the douche bag posted me as a scammer because i couldnt send him cash. i was very able to paypal it to him but he "didnt like paypal". i dont think i "scammed" him in any way

Ive never heard of anyone not liking paypal, especially people who buy online. He sounds kind of fishy.

ive dealt with people who dont accept paypal. some of them dont have checking accounts. some people dont open them because they got ripped off on paypal before. its not uncommon
