Default FP Green Turbo is in, perrin turbo inlet tube is in....

Keep in mind these are shots of right after I was done working, so the engine is a bit dirty. Also there are hoses everywhere, I will be re-routing some of them to clean it up a bit.
Perrin turbo inlet tube was a absolute muther Fer to install. I would not do this again if I had the choice, I would just by the APS one and remove the Intake mani. I will prolly buy the APS one in the near future cause I just dont like how the Perrin one fits.
FP Green Turbo bolted right in. Only issue was swapping the stock oil drain over required the bolt holes on the drain pipe to be drilled out slightly.

So now I just have to do injectors tomorrow and I will be ready to tune on Wed.

Weeeeeee!

here are a couple of pics.

please tell me you didn't paint the hot side of the turbo with the 1200 paint.

spontaneous combustion to occur. the hot side will be well above 1200 easily. that crap is gonna smoke like crazy. the header and the turbo will be like a little fire under your hood.

be careful!!!!

TMIC is Turbo XS.

dont make fun of my red paint, I like it. =) I have never painted anything red so I was a little hessitant...but you can pull it off on the sti.

sorry i've just used 1200 paint way too many times to know that 1500+ pipes don't like it. i've been around the block a few times.
i mean this in the nicest way possible but show me that in 1 week of driving, if it looks any bit of red i will owe you lunch.

The "high-temp" paint on my deadbolt ported turbo is pretty much gone...
