Wrb bugye with dark tinted windows (fronts looked pretty light/almost clear though), either Legacy or newer Wrx wheels, and a pair of fuzzy white dice sitting in the Sears auto center parking lot on Mlk/9th Street @ 97th Ave around 2 pm.
