Default To APS CAI or Not

I am currently stage 2 with the APS 3" TBE and AP. I have the APS CAI, but i keep hearing mixed things about it. I am setup for a protune in a few weeks with Scott, but I am wondering if it is worth having him pro tune my car with the CAI & TBE or just have him protune it with just the TBE.

I would put it on anyway, if its going to be tuned for it I dont see what it could hurt.

i dont know how that intake is, but he really likes cai's. he made me put mine back on in mid tune when he saw that the short ram was 149 degrees. i put the full cold air on an it was 77. so, that might help out a little bit with your decision. The more you put on the car, the more power you can squeeze out.

I have the APS 3" TBE and CAI as well. I had it tuned by Doug at Top Speed and love the results.

Senor Siegel is a big fan of both the Aps and Injen (I think) cais. As StiScooby said SS much prefers them over the hot air intakes. He convinced me enough I switched from a Typhoon to an Aps.
