Default Question about mods/required tuning

My friend is trading in his car and i was thinking of buying some parts off him.

I have
Ecutek tune
SR 40
MRT TMIC
Stock header
MRT up pipe
MRT cold air intake

I was looking at buying
APS DR725 FMIC
HKS header
maybe his APS cold air intake

I know with mods you should always get it retuned but can i put the header on without tuning changes or the frount mount intercooler. Or put both on now and get it tuned later. I depend on my car a drive about 80 miles a day 4 days a week. Is there a big problem with front mounts and rocks or bugs etc. from highway driving.

Thanks for the input
Scott

if you have a fuel pressure reg. you could just bump your pressure a few pounds to compensate for the cooler charge from the front mount.

All i have for controlling things right now is the Ecutek, I put in a turbo timer and boost gauge. I was looking at adding a UTEC so i can tune with a lap top, or maybe the delta dash setup.
I love my car, but really don't want to modify it much more because i don't want to break my RA gearset and have to replace the trans again. So I will probably swap these parts to an sti.

lets just put it this way its like a broke twig those stock boxes are....if you get the gear box from gruppe-s then get someone else to take your transmission out bring it to mastro have them install the gears fro i think it comes to right over 2100 altogether a lil cheaper than 3500 but still getting raped. you can almost get a full ppg for 3500 just not installed....
