How safe is "safe" . Ive been considering a 16G setup for myself when it comes time to ditch the stock snail, and numbers like that are definetly something Id be interested in. Do you have anymore info on that setup and its projected reliability?

be very careful these tranny's hate more power unless, you mess with it sti ra, or something along the lines of that. just research b4 you end up like most bugeye's 3 deep in the tranny department.

The tranny is definately expensive you will need it especially if you like going to the track. Bigger turbo I would go with FP Green with the 3" inlet, TGV deletes, header, front mount, and probably pistons and some headwork for flow. The last thing you want to do is spend the money on all this stuff then break it and not be able to fix it.

Instead of doing pistons I would get a EJ207 shortblock, an EJ257 shortblock, or an EJ207 longblock. Any of those have made 500+awhp. The shortblocks will run about $1500 (EJ207 used; EJ257 new) and the longblock will run about $3300-$3500. For the longblock you will need a new ECU and modify your harness for the AVCS.
