me and a good buddy of mine put the Static X thermotec heatwrap on my turbo today. not very hard to do at all. total 30 minutes tops from start to finish. make a very nice difference. HULK pulled 2.0bar well before 4k rpms. this is a great mod for any suby and its cheap. Static X sells a heatwrap custom cut to pretty much every turbo made for the suby. well worth the $50 spent.

good deal man. if i ever upgrade my header, i will wrap it before it goes on. makes a nice difference. i went out ands felt the intercooler pipe just about the turbo after my wife ran all over town for 4 hours and the pipe was barely hot.

I'm thinking about switching DPs with somebody in Orlando (I have catted Cobb, his is catless) and if I do I'll see what I can do with it before putting it on.
