Also since you mentioned about your garage ... The problem I'll have is the install ... I can get everything, but the injectors on the car and drive it maybe send my ECU for a base map get the stuff intalled here and drive to tampa?

You said he installed your turbo in your garage .... must be nice or if you can recommend someone in Tampa for me to go to would be great.

 

there's a shop by mastro that does good, clean, and accurate installs (have done alot of turbo and injector swaps).

they do alot of ferrari, porsche and other high end autos, and did my 49 to 20G swap on my ill-fated 2005 sti. the install was the only thing done right (and done by them, too)

you'll still need to limp it over to my house, or, i can offer to have it towd with one of my AAA tows i have leftover.... (on the Topspeed South House)

If Doug can't do the install then I would love to have my buddy here in Orlando do it for me ... I'v known him for over 4 years and he's the only one I trust to work on my car nowadays .... www.macedomotorsports.com (yes looks like a viper only shop, but now he works on pretty much everything including a brand new gt 40 that was ther the other day ), but then it leaves me with the same problem of the injectors/ no tune, so having a closer place like the one you mentioned in Tampa is also in my list, but I really would like to have it installed here or by Doug/TopSpeed since they have done so many.

I just need to know when he should be here in FL again, so I can start planning and getting the parts and of course get my car running right with no boost cut ASAP.

 

Doug is coming for vacation on March 4th and March 4th is listed at the website as tuning date ....

I would imagine if it was vacation it would not be listed on the website or they just put it there to let people know he won't be available, but either way just wondering since I'v been trying to find about dates for months / No future dates for FL at the website yet either
