IDK about realtime mapping but you can change the map at a light. Shut the car off, turn it back on, WOT+rear defrost, then start the car and you're done.

Only 02-03 ECU (ECUTek)have map switch availability in car. Using either the defrost button, per Frankie Figs, or the indash datamonitor. Well, it really is only a boost map, whereas timing, afr's, wgdc, etc stay the same but you can have two different boost settings. It does not take 20-30 mins just to switch between the two. Realtime map switching is where ECUTek is falling behind and the new AP is cleaning up. I have enjoyed my ECUTek experience however, if I were to buy something new today, it would need driver selectable maps on the fly and some time of usertune capability. ECUTek needs to wake up or they will miss out on any new potential business in the Suby world.

I can switch my UTEC maps in less than a second while at a light or in a parking lot, but that isn't the point of this thread now is it?

Or, sell your current wagon and get an '06 wagon and join the 2.5L crowd with a brand new car.
I agree totally.

He could spin the stock tires into 3rd gear if the roads were damp
