No, its a TSB which makes dealers aware of a known problem. If a customer comes in complaining of those symptoms, the dealer will know where to look.

It seems all but one of the FXT owners (that I know of) who have checked these have noticed that the screens have fallen out of the union bolts and are damaged but not to the point of causing any issues with the AVCS (yet).
