those are the sti spring rates. with 241 front and 224 rear. i would definately not put those on my wrx struts. i have them on my sti struts and they're just right. you might want to look at something with a rate for the wrx struts. http://www.northursalia.com/

Alright, well then what springs do you recommend fat angel? I don't know anything about spring rates or even what they mean. Suspension just isn't my forte. Thanks for all the help by the way.

 

not a problem, just dont want to give my honest opinion.
if i were looking at springs i'd say something like this.

h-techs: cheap, even gap, and ride nice.
eibachs: progressive rate rear iirc, ride very nice, good quality, lower rear
prodrives: designed by eibach for prodrive, perfect ride, even gap
wrx pinks: high spring rate, very good ride, lower rear
swifts: i dont know much but good reviews
crucial: good reviews, lower rear

and im sure there are a bunch more but i dont feel like looking. i'm guessing you want it low from your other suggestions. you dont want to go too low. it would just be alot of headache. if i had to choose out of any of them it would be the prodrives. best ride, look, and perfomance. many people have used them and love them. i've ridden on them and love them.
