I think that the Harley defense would work. Why are the bikes so loud and nobody says a word? I am not down on bikes. It just seems that about every other Harley is much louder than anything else on the road.
I understand that for the bikes, "loud pipes save lives". But fair is fair.

 

The Harley defense would work if things were in fact "fair is fair". Unfortunately, double standards reign supreme (take the Debra LaFave case for example) and there is no way in hell the Harley defense would have worked.

 

I have no clue who Debra LaFave is. I have been in Baghdad for the last 21 months.

 

Oh....I see. Debra LaFave graduated from Bloomingdale High School (its in Brandon) in 1998 or 1999. She was a middle school teacher somewhere around here and was having sex with one of her 14 year old students. Her trial just recently ot wrapped up and she received ZERO jail time, hence the reference to the double standard. If it were a male teacher having sex with a female student, I'm sure he would have been lynched before the case even made it to trial.

By the way, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we appreciate your service. My best friend just arrived in Bagdad and is currently a medic at Abu Graib, treating prisoners. He is trying to get reassigned so that he is on a convoy unit and out taking care of you guys instead of the shit bag prisoners. Welcome home and Happy New Year.

 

I got owned by that and a bunch of other things... If they give me enough fuss, i'll throw a stock looking muffler outback....and add a dump off the downpipe.

 

BUt if you stock exhaust was rusted off, thus violating the one statute and you replaced it with the HKS as it met the same requirements as stock per the second statute................
