stupid check engine light!
ok have had this check engine light now for 3 months and i have done everything i can think of to get rid of it but it still stays on!its says miss fire on cyl. 4. i have put new plugs in and moved them and and moved coil packs. i installed a new vf34,pinks,upipe,and fuel pump. and the check engine lights flashs kinda rare but does flash. what does that flashing light mean? but other than that it drives great. i dont feel anything wrong its wierd. Any ideas?

all you need to do is pull the no.5 engine fuse.
no battery stuff. no loss of presets.
one 30A fuse in & out and it's cleared.
IMO, get the code read first; it is important to diagnose further..... (could be a def. one?)
ese
ps- i didnt think one could swapout the packs?

a way to determine if it is the coil pack is to switch coil pack #2 with #4. if the code now reads misfire #2, you know its the coil. i have thrown the misfire #4 code a couple times but it hasnt happened in about 6 months. had it in the dealer and they couldnt determine what its from. i have read that lightened pulleys can throw the code or even having bad gas
