Default Mod help with fog lights

I search the forms for this fix
When I turn the high beams on and the fog lights turn off. I want the fog ligths to work when the hight beams are on or even when now lights.

I try these but did not work
- http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62
and
-With the fuse box removed, splice a 6 to 10-inch piece of wire into the orange wire coming from the parking light power supply on the back of the fuse block. Terminate this wire into the red wire with a green stripe coming from the fog light relay, which is the fourth relay down from the top. Tape off the red and green wire and tuck it out of the way--it was the power supply for the fog lamp relay, which worked only with the headlight low beams, and won't be used.

Thanks for your help

from looking at the wiring diagram that second one should work. i looked on scooby mods and only found this http://www.scoobymods.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4793&highlight=fog+light
not sure if you noticed the correction, but it should work.

Why do you want your foglights to stay on while your high beams are?

At least in my experience (it depends on how your fogs are adjusted) they light up the sides of the road better. The highs obviously will throw a shitload of light ahead, and the fogs/driving lights will light up the road right in front of the car. it really can help on a dark, twisty road with no other lighting.
