Smile Start here.

Well today was my day off and as it turns out I was able to get where I needed to be payment wise so, I am the proud owner of a 2006 white/silver STi.
Bought from Mastro handled by Dave Cardwell. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. Maybe David will post the picture he got of me and my son.

I have a small but growing collection of detail supplies, menzerna, pinnacle, etc. and my handy dandy Porter cable orbital. I actually need to detail mine bad, haven't had a chance to and it shows....

I have some Menzerna polishes too, both kinds and some of the older Zaino that I used on my old jetta and then my wifes Xb last month. I'm going to try and get some Vin. moose polish and some nattys blue since my car is white.

god I want to go drive, its like I just got a new bike and I'm10.

Welcome.
IMO White/Silver is the nicest combo for the STi. Thats what I would get if I ever got one...

I have liked the gold wheels for as long as I can remember, before I thought I would ever have a Subaru. And I thought I would be able to get into one today so when I left this morning it was blue/gold, white/gold or silver, or crystal gray/gold. When I got there I was looking at all the Stis sitting there and as much as I like the blue I havnt had a ticket in a long time, so I talked myself out of that. Then deciding between the gray and white was a hard choice but I have always been a fan of white cars, classy and simple. David said he would swap the wheels for me, he said he perfers the white/gold, but I really liked the look, not flashy the way the gold wheels would make it sand out. I am very happy with my purchase. I have to get some polishing done on it this weekend. My best man @ my wedding tunes cars @ www.ktrperformance.com and is going to get me started right he said, funny.

Congrats and welcome! You will have a blast with it....after break in! There are a few '06 STI's on here with a spectrum of mods and everyone on here is very cool and offers great advice. David was my saleman as well and he treated me very good and I was extremely happy when I left with my blue/gold '06. Out of curiousity what made you choose your STI?
