GFB pulley's...

Does anyone know if the GFB pulley kit includes a crank pulley?

is it worth it to get new pulleys, ive heard good things about GFB pulleys? I have a perrin crank pulley, is that all you really need?

I have the pulleys, didn't notice much difference from stock, except a lovely squeaking noise.

personally i wouldnt mess with your pulies unless you dont plan on doing that many engine mods

I've had the GFB pulleys for over 80K m and love em. No problems except for the occasional squeak on cold starts
