pitch mount??

Pitch mount minimizes the forward to back movement of the engine.

If you already have STi motor and tranny mounts (no not the ones that came in your STi) you might as well upgrade the Pitch Stopper too.

Id say its worth it for the engine and tranny mounts. The engine mounts make quite a difference in how much the engine moves and the tranny mount gives a way more positive feel on shifting.

pitch mount is 2 bolts.... very easy. motor mounts are 3 bolts each, but take a lot of bolts to get to those 3 bolts...

tranny mount is pretty easy as well

I've heard some people say they didn't like the added NVH from upgrading the pitch mount. Once you stiffen the stuff that connects the motor to the frame, all that motor shake that a boxer normally has goes right into your ass.
