Thanks to all for the help. Especially Kyle for the #.
I hung my bumper on some high grass And it ripped a couple of the points where it connects so it's flappin in the breeze. Hope it don't cost an arm and a leg. One or the other I could live with out, but not both

 

Yeah... Is it the whole flap or just the bottom piece?
