What kind of gains is the intake good for?? And I need a tune for it?

Its good for sound gains, slightly cooler air, and slighly less restriction resulting in about 5whp on an untuned car (tuned expect up to at least 15whp). As it is, the stock Intake (which is technically a CAI) on the STi is pretty good. Some aftermarket CAI's mess with the MAF signal which will cause a lean condition. Luckily, the APS CAI is one of the good ones (Injen is another) that doesn't and subsequently doesn't require a tune.

Ok, I just took a second look and my exhaust looks NOTHING like that, no cats, no heat shields, just a straight stainless steel pipe that connects to a bronzish header....there is no name on the stainless steel muffler either. I figure its and aftermarket exhaust, which is suprising considering I bought the car at Carmax.

Great news!!!! Carmax hooked me the fuck up!!! I just came from Mastro Subaru and asked a tech about the exhaust, he tells me to pop the hood which I do and says..... "Well, you have an APS header, down pipe, stock up-pipe, pretty much full APS turbo-back, APS intake (which I knew), and APS silicone turbo hose, you've got some pretty top dollar stuff on here".
